Honoring Minnesota’s Fallen EMS Heroes

Minnesota has never had a permanent memorial dedicated to EMS professionals who died in the line of duty. EMS professionals respond on our worst days. They serve with courage, compassion, and unwavering commitment. This memorial ensures their sacrifices are recognized with dignity, permanence, and gratitude.

Our Mission

To design, build, and maintain Minnesota’s first permanent EMS Line of Duty Death Memorial — honoring paramedics, EMTs, and all emergency care first responders who gave their lives in service to others.

A Historic Milestone

After more than a year of formal review, the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board (CAAPB) has officially approved and allocated the memorial site on the Capitol grounds’ Lower Mall — a major milestone that allows the project to advance into design and engineering.

Please Join Us

By state law, the memorial must be funded entirely through private donations. Your support helps build a long‑overdue tribute worthy of Minnesota’s fallen EMS heroes.
