The MN State EMS Line of Duty Death Memorial Foundation, doing business as MN EMS Memorial, is working to establish a permanent memorial honoring Minnesota’s EMS professionals who lost their lives in the line of duty.

By law, memorials on the Minnesota State Capitol grounds must be privately funded, not supported by taxpayer dollars. As a result, the success of this project depends entirely on community support.
