𝗔 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗘𝗠𝗦

Today marks a monumental milestone for the MN State EMS Line of Duty Death Memorial Foundation. The Minnesota Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board (CAPPB) voted 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 in favor of our Memorial project!

This moment is the culmination of several years of dedication and perseverance—years of advocating, planning, and building support for a permanent tribute to honor our fallen EMS heroes. Over the past two years, our foundation has worked tirelessly alongside countless supporters to reach this point.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀:

The state will now move forward with feasibility studies, land selection, and finalizing the memorial design. We are one significant step closer to creating a lasting place of honor and reflection.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝘀:

Our mission continues. We must now shift our focus to fundraising, as we are still required to raise most, if not all, of the funds needed to bring this memorial to life. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲.

𝗔 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂:

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Whether you sent in a letter of support, made a financial donation, contributed items, or volunteered your precious time—you have been instrumental in achieving this victory. We do this work for our fallen brothers and sisters and for the families and friends they left behind.

Today, we celebrate a major victory, but tomorrow, we continue the work. I hope we can count on your continued support and contributions as we move into this critical next phase.
